We are real estate investors. We frequent every foreclosure auction in Georgia to buy properties, rehab them, and put them back on the market. Over the 20 years of doing so, we have become very knowledgeable about the foreclosure process, developing relationships with lenders and attorneys as well as other investors. More importantly, we have learned from the people who lost their homes to foreclosure, the situations they find themselves in, and the help they deserve.

We started Delta Home Investments to add focus to a neglected facet of the foreclosure process: surplus funds. After encountering more and more cases of unclaimed surpluses, we began investigating why this was happening. Why are folks not getting their money? Where was the money going?

After extensive research, we concluded that this was due to several factors:

1- Homeowners are unaware of foreclosure procedures.

2- No one informed them of the existence of surplus funds.

3- Even if they knew about the surplus funds, there is no guidance on how to recover the money.

From our learning, experience, and connections we developed a robust process by which we help former property owners obtain these often unknown surplus funds.
